All patients facing revision must understand the limitations of revision, and that the first time is the best time. Acceptance of this fact is essential. The presence of scar tissue from previous surgery complicates the fact that all healing is unpredictable in every individual patient.

If the revision patient can understand and accept these limitations, then they may be a candidate for what could be hopefully their final RHINOPLASTY procedure achieving their optimal result. I cannot emphasize enough that the first time is the best time to get the best result; therefore, it is essential to choose your surgeon carefully.
