All inquiries re/ quotes will be redirected to our Appointment reservation/ Cancellation policy.

A surcharge is charged at the time you make an appointment, and the remaining balance, including the surcharge, is charged 24 hours prior to your confirmed appointment and is non-refundable. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment—or if you notify us less than 24 business hours before your appointment time—your credit card will be charged the full consultation fee plus surcharge.
